My teaching philosophy

I believe students thrive in a positive environment in which they are encouraged. Our biggest block to our success is that voice in our head which causes self judgement. In my studio I ask you to leave judgement at the door.
I teach my students that we must be willing to fail in order to succeed. This teaches them to be both brave and resilient.
In my studio we work hard and diligently but laugh even more. What we do is and should be fun.
But most importantly EVERY person in my studio has their own voice and brings their true self to the table. I do not believe in mimicking or imitating other people's performance. I encourage my students to be themselves and bring their energies and experiences to their art.
Be brave, have fun, be yourself!
